About VisaPathGuide

Free, accurate, and regularly updated immigration guides for UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand

Our Mission

Immigration is one of the most important decisions a person or family will ever make. Yet the information available online is often confusing, outdated, or buried inside government websites written in legal language. VisaPathGuide exists to change that — we translate complex immigration rules into clear, step-by-step guides that anyone can follow.

Who We Are

VisaPathGuide is an independent immigration information blog. We are a research team dedicated to tracking immigration rules, fees, and policy changes across the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand — and publishing that information in plain English, free of charge.

We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or government body. We do not provide legal advice and we do not process visa applications. What we do is spend hundreds of hours reading official government guidance, policy updates, and immigration rules — and then write guides that make sense to real people.

How We Research Our Guides

Every guide published on VisaPathGuide is researched exclusively from primary, official government sources. We do not copy content from other blogs, law firm websites, or third-party immigration sites.

How We Keep Content Updated

Immigration rules change frequently. We review every guide on this blog at least once a year — typically every January — and update any figures, fees, or policy changes immediately when they are announced. Each post shows a "Last Updated" date at the top.

Even so, we strongly encourage every reader to verify any information they read here at the official government source before making any application decisions. Fees and thresholds in particular can change without notice.

⚠️ Important Notice

VisaPathGuide is an informational resource only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. Immigration law is complex and personal circumstances vary widely. Always consult a qualified, OISC-registered immigration adviser or solicitor before submitting a visa application.
